IMPORTANT INFORMATION

· Groups are asked to send a 25% deposit at least 30 days before arrival.

· *Groups scheduled during Spring Break are required to send a 10% non-refundable deposit by Jan. 30^th to confirm their reservation and hold their selected dates. An additional 20% deposit will be due 30 days before arrival with the balance due upon arrival.

· Please email, fax, or mail a list of names for all participants the week prior to your arrival. The following information is needed:

The main road coming into Harlingen from the North is 77. Take exit FM 508, then turn left (East) and drive about 5 miles. At FM 507, turn left (North) and travel about ¾ mile. Our facility will be on the left. We have a total of 4 driveways. The first is for campers and RV’s; the second and third driveways are a circular drive for buses; and the last is a parking lot in front of the dorms for vans and cars.
